T&D Curries Green Masala Paste

This paste is a magnificent combination of fresh herbs and aromatic, freshly ground whole spices. Starting with mint and coriander, ginger and garlic and mulch in some soaked feungreek seeds, it is added  with freshly ground cloves and cardamom seed, turmeric, chilli and salt to create some kick! Cooked slowly in a blend of olive and sesame oil, this paste will open your senses. Enjoy this paste with a wide variety of white meats, seafood or vegetables
