Leatherwood and Meadow Honey

Leatherwood honey may well be Australia's rarest and finest honey. Its flavour is unique and wonderful - spicy, picquant and delicious.  The bouquet is rich, fragrant and delightful. Meadow Honey comes from the meadows and rich dairy farmlands of Tasmania. By collecting nectar from the clover in the fields, as well as the blackberry hedgerows, buttercups and wildflowers nearby, the bees create honey that is mild, delicate and beautifully smooth.  The honey is Gluten Free
