Tasmanian Cheese Platter with a La Villa Chardonnay

A Tasmanian Cheese platter with a La Villa Chardonnay.  We have included a Semi Hard Rind Cheese from the Bay of Fires region in Norh East Tasmania, a Wicked Cheese Waxed Blue Cheese and a Coal River Triple Brie from the Richmond area South East of Hobart. To enjoy with the cheeses there  is truffle honey, pear and pistachio fruit paste and crisp lavosh crackers.
