This pure Tasmanian “breakfast” Brandy, housed in 4 separate virgin American oak casks, is a grape based spirit much akin to the Cask Strength. Iron House Distillery use their very own wine produced from some of Tasmania’s finest grapes, grown in their Oceanside estate vineyard.

Exhibiting a classic buttery sweet vanilla and ginger nose with a smooth almost bourbon whisky like oak character on the palate of caramels, nutmeg, raisins and almond. This fine Brandy release is a blend of the best Iron House has to offer. It’s modern, sophisticated yet approachable and uniquely indulgent.
