Pages Creek Pinot Noir 2017 is a superb read-to-drink-now wine, demonstrating the value of bottle ageing. The nose offers varietal dark cherries, red berries and plum with notes of forest floor, thyme and well integrated smoky oak. Typical Tasmanian pinot characters of black cherry and spice provides a soft full balanced palate with good acid structure, finishing with gentle tannins.
