Incredibly apprachable for a whisky at this strenght, it offers a uniqueness and profile wer are yet to see elsewhere in the Australia Whisky market. This defenitely one that will become an elusive and sough-after expression in the future.

Tasting Notes:

Nose:

Creamy & rich, great balance and harmony between spirit and cask, subtle layers of citrus, vanilla and coconut.

Palate:

Charred pineapple, caramelised apple and banana with soft vanilla citrus notes, malt driven with soft oak and spice.

Finish:

Delicious summer cocktails, Pina Colada! Creamy and lingering with a zippy finish, very, very yum.
