The Overeem Distillery - Single Malt Whisky Bourbon Cask Matured is aged in American oak ex-bourbon cask, this expreesion offers layers of complaxity due to our specific heavy toast and char cask treatment throughout the coppering process. Coconut and pineapple upfront, with burnt vanilla and citrus, caramelised banana, marshmalows and toasted oak.

Bright, fresh and vibrant with coconut, bananas, molasses with hints of vanilla, caramel and nutty edge.

Toffee aplle, charred oak, light spice and cononut, medium length.
