Mother's Day Cheese Platter with Milton Vineyard Sparkling Rosé

Mother's Day Cheese Platter includes a selection of Tasmanian cheeses matched with a Milton Vineyard  Laura Sparkling Rosé, a perfect gift to surpirse Mum!

We have two cheeses from Wicked Cheese in the Coal Valley near Hobart, a semi hard cheese from the Bay of Fires in the North East and a camembert from the award winning Coal River Farm.  Along with some condiments, Tasman Sea Salt Lavosh, a truffle tapenade , spiced figs in Madeira and quince paste.
