Lauds Aged Cashew Cheese is a vegan cashew cheese. This is a lactose free, gluten-free and dairy free vegan cheese.

Lauds Aged Cashew Cheese is a semi-hard cheese which has sharp cheddar overtones. It is matured, during which time the cheese develops its rich, complex flavours and a firm, creamy texture. Serve as a table cheese on a platter or add to bechamel to make a creamy cheese sauce. 

Ingredients: Cashews, Organic Coconut Oil, Water Kefir (Water, Natural Cultures, Sugar), Miso Paste (from soy), Nutritional Yeast, Spices, Tasmanian Sea Salt, Preservative (sorbic acid). This cheese is full flavoured, natural cultures, dairy-free, 100% Plant-Based, healthy dietary fats.
