Made in the traditional French method, the Alexandra Sparkling is a toasty expression which is underpinned by a tight and linear note of Granny Smith apple, melon and citrus flavours. This premium, late disgorged sparkling has a very fine bead, providing lifted aromatics and a beautifully refined textured clean finish to the finely structured palate.
