Hunter Island - Pot Still Whisky Bourbon & Port Cask Matured is distinguished by a warm fruity nose, creamy-sweet and viscous mouthfeel, nutty and grassy characters, and lingering spicy finish. In this release we’ve married spirit matured in European Oak ex-Port, and American Oak ex-Bourbon casks.
