A beautiful Vanilla bean infused liqueur that has similar flavour to custard or Bailies. Made from the sheep milk whey.
Best served on the rocks with chilled apple juice to create the drink called “Apple Crumble”. The liqueur acts as the custard and the juice as the apple pie.
Hartshorn Vanilla Whey Liqueur has also been used in restaurants as a base for Crème Brulee and Panna Cotta. Also great used as a custard over fruit salad or apple crumble.
