The Forty Spotted Gin Classic is a gin for the inquisitive and creative at heart, designed to excite the curious drinker.

Clean, fresh and excitingly complex, Forty Spotted is hand-distilled in copper pot stills using traditional botanicals of juniper berry, coriander and lemon peel along with kaffir lime and local Tasmanian pepperberry to give a contemporary style and unique finish. A spirit to enjoy even on its own.

Nose:

Highly aromatic, fresh grated pepperberries on a floral bed of herbs and spices, underpinning the delightful juniper notes.

Palate:

Spicy juniper combined with a dry, clean and fresh spirit with bright citrus and pepper notes. Excitingly complex.

Finish:

Fresh Kaffir lime leaves, warming to a slightly sweet lingering note of complementary herbs and spices
