Each bottle reflects our commitment to craft, with grapes handpicked and processed with care. Fermented naturally and aged in seasoned French oak for five months, this wine develops a deep, creamy character while maintaining perfect balance. Unfined and unfiltered, it retains all its natural complexity and elegance.

Limited to 864 bottles, each one captures the essence of our cool coastal vineyard, where gentle northeast-facing slopes and mild autumn days create ideal growing conditions.
