Drifters End- Nebula Gin
The Drifters End- Nebula Gin is inspired by nebulae: the colour-intensive, star-forming regions in space, our Nebula Gin is developed to showcase the butterfly pea flower – a botanical that when used in gin allows for transformation from a deep violet to perfect pink when a tonic is added. This transition is reminiscent of the colour transformations within a nebula.
Our most floral gin to date - highlighting lavender and the butterfly pea flower, with hints of citrus and spice that balance the subtle berry sweetness. The flavour of this gin will linger, leaving an elegant aftertaste on your palate.
