Derwent Distillery Last Sanctuary Organic Gin

The Last Sanctuary Organic Gin is the newest release from Derwent Distillery. A truely environmentally conscious gin, packaged using recycled glass and paper and 100% plastic free.

Last Sanctuary is distilled using 14 botanicals including wild foraged native botanicals including Fragrant Paperbark and Coastal Tea Tree, with a sprinkle of Tassie kelp.

Proceeds from the sale of Last Sanctuary will go towards supporting the Handfish Conservation Project, in protecting the critically endangered Handfish located in the Derwent Estuary.

A refreshing Australian Dry Gin, with substantial juniper notes, accompanied with a balance of herbaceous and citrus characters. Finishing with a hint of the ocean.
