Mount it directly to your wooden wall studs, your concrete wall, or your power rack (Hydra, Manticore or 2.3”) to keep your accessories secure, out of the way, and readily accessible for your next lifting masterpiece! 

Each prong boasts a decent 30lb weight limit, but pushing heavier items like lifting chains must be pushed to the back to avoid bending the prongs. 

Version 2.0 Upgrades:

- 1” holes with ⅝” keyholes

- Additional mounting holes

IMPORTANT: Due to the modular mounting options, hardware is NOT included. Two 110mm bolts are required for mounting to a crossmember (use 120mm bolts if mounting through an upright & crossmember). Alternatively, two lag bolts directly into a wall stud or two concrete bolts into a concrete wall are required.
