Truffle honey with macadamia nuts

A honey with freshly harvested Tasmanian truffles and macadamia nuts.

The flavour of the truffles complements the honey and the smoothness of the macadamia nuts.  In desserts pour over ice cream or simply stir into yoghurt. Very enjoyable with ice cream and other dairy products or simply served with a dessert wine after dinner.

All our truffle products are made from our freshly harvested French black truffles harvested through the winter months.
