Truffle honey with hazelnuts

A honey with freshly harvested Tasmanian truffles and hazelnuts.

The flavour of the truffles adds to the sweetness of the honey and the nuttiness of the hazelnut. Adds flavour and texture to vegetable dishes. In deserts pour over ice cream or simply stir into yoghurt.

All our truffle products are made from our freshly harvested French black truffles harvested through the winter months.

The product contains locally produced Australian French truffles with no added artificial aromas.
