Tom al Ron - Rum Soaked Cheese

Tomme-style cheese soaked in Venezuelan Rum.

The oldest cheese of our range - Unique natural rinded cheese, full of flavour and character. Delivers a nice and delicate hint of the famous Venezuelan  Diplomatico rum, producing floral/frutty notes. 

It is inspired by some of the amazing European Alpine cheeses. Aged fora minimum of 6 months.

Ingredients: Pasteurised milk, salt, Venezuelan rum, non-animal rennet, cultures (starter & ripening cultures).
