The Huon Pine cheese knives have been beautifully crafted from our native timbers. Huon Pine which is one of the oldest living plants in the world only grows in West and South West of Tasmania is a fine grained, honey coloured timber waterproof timber with a unique aroma.  The cheese knives are also available in Black Heart Sassafras, Blackwood and Myrtle.
