Spring Bay Single Malt Whisky Sherry Cask Matured is produced using only the finest Tasmanian barley and rainwater, with hand-selected casks, our Apera/Sherry Cask matured Single Malt Whisky delivers caramel & raisins on the nose with lifted floral notes; on the palate feature caramel and dried fruit sweetness with some white pepper savoury hints - a delicious long and warming finish, which is indicative of some very fine wood.
