Single Cask No. 308 - Sherry Cask - Tasmanian Single Malt Whisky - 46% ABV

The last of our Spring Beach produced Sherry Casks and one of the first we filled. This is a special maritime climate matured single malt Sherry cask. 

Produced using only the finest Tasmanian barley and rainwater, with hand-selected casks, our Sherry #308 Cask matured Single Malt Whisky delivers caramel & raisins on the nose with lifted floral notes; on the palate feature caramel and dried fruit sweetness with some white pepper savory hints - a delicious long and warming finish, which is indicative of some very fine wood.

Colour: Light copper

Nose: Fig and Tobacco leaf

Palate: Dried stone fruits and a caramelised sugar sweetness. Hints of toasted oak with peppery spice.

Finish: long, juicy and sticks to the palate right to the end.
