The cheeses include the nationally acclaimed Pyengana Cheddar from North East Tasmania and a Camembert and Triple Cream Brie from the award winning Wicked Cheese Co in the Coal Valley and a Semi Hard Rind Cheese from the Bay of Fires in the North.
