Launceston Distillery Apera Cask Matured is a Silver Medal winner at the Australian Distilled Spirit Awards 2021.

This elegant whisky was matured in small French oak casks previously used to age apera fortified wine (Australian style sherry) and then finished in Spanish PX casks for another 6 months.

This full flavoured whisky was double distilled and is non-chill filtered to retain depth of character.
