La Cantara Queso Blanco

La Cantara Queso Blanco is a fresh farm-house, semi-hard, Venezuelan-Style cheese. Delivers a creamy, buttery and milky flavour.

The best way to describe it is a cheese that sits between Greek Feta and Halloumi.

Sensational grilling abilities but flavoursome enough to be eaten on its own. When heated, it softens and tents to melt but retains its shape. Minimal ageing required for this cheese; in fact, it is traditionally consumed from the day after manufacture.

Ingredients: Pasteurised milk, salt, non-animal rennet, starter cultures.
