Kelvedon Block 5 MV6 Pinot Noir 2020

The Pinot Noir 2020 which is essentially a reserve wine of the Block 5.  Block number 5 at Kelvedon Estate is planted exclusively with the highly prized, low yielding MV6 Pinot Noir clone.  The resulting fruit from this vineyard block is used to make the Kelvedon Estate ‘Block 5’ Pinot Noir.  In the exceptional 2020 vintage, Kelvedon decided to produce a Limited Release Pinot Noir from the their best 3 barrels across their entire Pinot Noir production.  The best three barrels were selected and as it turned out, they were all from block number 5. Therefore, this is a Limited Release wine by barrel selection but as it turned out, it is also a single clone wine.
