The oldest vines on the Home Hill vineyard provide the fruit for this Reserve Chardonnay. A low yield, mild-moderate temperatures resulted in a depth of citrus & melon flavours, while the natural cool-climate of the region ensured a focused, linear acidity. Custard apple & white flowers match beautifully with 35% new French Oak on the plate to create a delightful, elegant, crisp yet smooth finish.
