Hellfire Tasmanian Spiced Rum

Crafted from cool Climate 4 Year old Rum Batch 007, this special first release Spiced rum Liqueur is fermented, distilled, matured and bottled entirely on site at Hellfire Bluff Disterllery on the rugged and remote southest coast of Tasmania.

Their limited release combines layers of rich toffee, dark cacao, cinnamon, clove and subtle hints of native pepper, caried by a soft, rounded rum base. Deep, rich and irresistibly, only 299 bottles have been produced.

Subtle note of cacao weave through the palate, adding depth and balance, while the finish lingers with gentle warmth, creating an indulgent and complex sipping exprience.

Perfect to enjoy with neat, over ice, poured over dessert, or mixed into a decadent cocktail
