Garlic Pearls

Garlic Pearls are the tiny bulbils  from the garlic umbel on the scape head.

They have a strong flavour and are great eaten raw in stir fries, salads, or mashed potatoes. To add a distinct garlic flavour to your rice add some to the steaming.

There are 10 umbels and 3 garlic cloves in each pack.
