This vintage embodies the essence of our vineyard, handpicked and nurtured with care. Fermented in small batches, the grapes undergo a gentle destemming process, preserving their wild beauty. Resting in seasoned French oak barrels for a year, this Pinot Noir matures into a symphony of flavours, evoking memories of sun-kissed fields and cool mountain breezes. Unfiltered and unfined, it remains true to its roots, offering a rustic charm that speaks of authenticity. With just 1270 bottles produced, each sip tells a tale of our dedication to the craft.
