It's basically Kirsch or Kirschwasser but it hasn't been produced in Europe for us to use those names. Made from distilled 100% Huon Cherry Cider. The cider was wildly fermented, and then distilled with our super efficient new continuous still. The still won us a green grant from the government. Very delicate spirit showcasing the amazing quality of Huon cherries.
