The Callington Mill - Poltergeist Barrel Aged Gin is like a genie in a bottle. We rested and aged our unfiltered gin in Oak Casks. The oak influence has added multiple layers of complexity and maturity, resulting in a multi-dimensional gin unparalleled in flavour intricacies.

Poltergeist Barrel Aged Gin is small batch distilled, then barrelled aged to add complexity. It exhibits classic earthy flavours of juniper and Tasmanian pepper berry, highlights by nots of cola and oak drawn from the barrel.
